The International Astronomical Center has announced the date of the first day of Eid al-Adha


The International Astronomical Center announced on Monday that Saturday, July 29, will be the first day of Eid al-Adha in many countries around the world, according to the official UAE Loan News Agency.

Mohammad Shaukat Odeh, director of the International Astronomy Center, stated: Most Islamic countries started Dhi Al-Qaeda on the first Wednesday of June, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Egypt, the Levant, and so on. According to the loan, the crescent moon of Dhu al-Hijjah will be examined on Wednesday, June 29.

He added: “On that day, it is not possible to see the crescent from anywhere in the Islamic world with the naked eye, while using the telescope in West Asia and North Africa is hardly possible.”

He said: Thursday, June 30 is expected to be the first day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah in many countries, and Friday, July 8 will be the endowment of Arafa and Saturday, July 9. “The first day of Eid al-Adha.”

“Vision in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Oman, Jerusalem, Cairo and Rabat is only possible with the use of telescopes, although it is difficult in the Middle East and requires very clear skies to create visibility,” Odeh said.
