In Prague, the European Union is preparing a new package of sanctions that should affect Russian gold exports, the same day that the Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orbán, gave an interview criticizing the sanctions applied to the Putin regime: “At first I thought we only had to shoot ourselves in the foot, but now it is clear that the European economy has shot itself in the lungs and is gasping for air.”
