He knocked him off balance with the pistol grip, and threw him to the ground, and crouched with his hands and a piece of cloth to hold his breath, while the latter held him to paralyze his resistance until he died, after which they bound his body. They took him with chains and chains into the grave they had prepared and poured incendiary material on it to distort its appearance.
The prosecution obtained the evidence of the accused based on the testimony of 10 witnesses, including the owner of the store where the two defendants had bought drilling tools and incendiary materials, as well as the detailed statements of the two defendants during the investigation. It started with the guidance of the second defendant about the location of the body in the farm and his statements about the details of the crime, and then the confession of the first defendant after being arrested for committing murder.
Prosecutors charged Hajjaj with other charges of illegal profiteering and money laundering to hide the sources of his wealth.
