Will there be a meeting between Patriarch Kirill of Russia and the Pope of Rome soon?


Archbishop Antony (Severyuk) of Volokolamsk, who is participating in the 7th Conference of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Nur-Sultan, met with Pope Francis and described the meeting as “very spiritual”.

The archbishop told reporters: “This meeting should help to continue and strengthen the dialogue between religions, but to hold such a meeting, preparations must be made and the date, place, and agenda must be determined correctly.” This meeting will come to an end.”
