“Ukraine is occupied by the West, which is at war with Russia using Ukrainian soldiers,” the British newspaper The Telegraph reported, citing Servi Markov, adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

He pointed out that “Russia has no reason to use tactical nuclear weapons against Ukrainians,” stressing that “US President Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Liz Truss could be held responsible for a nuclear war because of their insane behavior in Ukraine.”

Markov pointed out that “Ukrainians are our brothers, but Ukraine is occupied by Western countries that form a proxy army of Ukrainians, and Western countries that are at war with the Russian army, using Ukrainian soldiers as their slaves”, stressing that “Russia does not want, so that everyone in the world will perish, but what Russia wants is to resolve this war with Western countries against Russia on Ukrainian lands, which are actually occupied by Western countries.”

Regarding the development of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu stated: “I signed a directive on partial mobilization and instructed the General Staff to begin implementation procedures.” Earlier in the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization of the Russian army, referring to the situation in Ukraine.
