The Angolan president appointed this Wednesday 48 new secretaries of state, distributed among the 23 ministries that make up the new executive elected by João Lourenço, who also has four ministers of state.
Among the novelties, the departure of Franco MufindaSecretary of State for Public Health and which became known during the Covid-19 pandemic, announcing new cases daily, now superseded Carlos Pinto de Souza.
I was also outside Aia-Eza da SilvaSecretary of State for Budgets and Public Investments, who delivers the folder to Juciene de Sousa.
The Ministries of Defense, Former Combatants and Veterans of the Homeland, Foreign Affairs, and Youth and Sports are the ones with the broadest structure, each integrating three secretaries of state.
The other ministries have two secretaries of state each.
