He also denounced calls by settler organizations for mass incursions into al-Aqsa courtyards in connection with Jewish holidays, as well as blowing trumpets, wearing priestly robes, and performing Talmudic rituals.
And she believed that “what the Al-Aqsa Mosque is subjected to exposes the intentions of the occupation, aimed at imposing Israeli sovereignty on the mosque and deepening its division in time on the way to dividing it spatially, as an integral part of the processes of Judaization of Jerusalem and the sanctification of its annexation by the occupying state and its complete separation from its Palestinian environment, as well as its constant attacks on its civilizational identity and its Christian and Islamic sanctuaries through the imposition of colonial measures and measures to change its historical, legal and demographic reality.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that “the occupation will not be able to achieve its goals and will not be able to erase the Arab-Palestinian identity of Jerusalem and its holy places because of the resilience of the people of Jerusalem.”
