Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova pointed out that “Washington uses all sorts of manipulations and goes to great lengths to drag Moscow into the nuclear agenda.”

And she pointed out in a statement to Radio Sputnik that “they are talking about this issue [الأسلحة النووية] Easily. They design it and use manipulative methods to put us on that agenda. They use all kinds of manipulations without any restrictions. They are really participating in total destruction.”

Since February 24, the Russian armed forces have continued to conduct a special operation to “defend Donbass” in southeastern Ukraine, as the Russian authorities put it.

Russian President Vladimir Putin previously confirmed that Russia has no plans to occupy the territory of Ukraine, explaining that “the purpose of the operation is to protect people who have been persecuted and genocide by the Kyiv regime for eight years.”
