At the invitation of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Al-Azhar Sheikh Ahmed Al Tayeb will visit Bahrain in early November, and Pope Francis will visit Bahrain as part of the Bahrain Dialogue Forum.
Grand Imam Ahmad Al Tayeb will leave for the Kingdom of Bahrain on the third of November next month in an official visit to Bahrain that will last for several days.
Sheikh Al-Azhar is going to participate in the activities of the Bahrain Dialogue Forum, which is held under the title “East-West Dialogue for Human Coexistence” with the support and presence of the King of Bahrain. Pope Francis, the Pope of the Catholic Church and a number of religious figures and leaders.
The Kingdom of Bahrain is organizing this forum in partnership with the Council of Muslim Elders from November 3-4, with the participation of more than 200 religious figures from around the world representing all religions and faiths.
