The armed forces of the Yemeni Ansar Allah Movement said: “We are warning shipping companies heading to countries of aggression and companies operating in Yemeni territories to follow our warnings and instructions,” stating: “We will provide you with our warnings as soon as the time of the armistice will end if nothing is achieved the legitimate demands of our people.

“We are preparing for any events and hold these companies responsible for ignoring what will be published by us in the coming hours,” she said.

In this context, the official representative of Ansar Allah, Muhammad Abd al-Salam, commenting on the UN initiative to extend the truce, stressed: “We hold the countries of aggression (the Arab coalition) responsible for reaching an understanding to a standstill, because as a result of their irreconcilable position and refusal measures to alleviate the suffering of our people.”

Earlier, the Yemeni government said: “Today we received an updated proposal from the United Nations envoy to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, to extend and expand the truce starting tomorrow, October 2, and we will respond positively to it.”
