Ricardo Santos scored a cut in the Dutch golf open

Ricardo Santos’ qualification, only achieved after a decisive birdie, allowed him to close the overall score for the first two days of competition with 144 shots.

Ricardo Santos was the only Portuguese who spent this Friday the cut at the Open KLM golf course, in Cromvoirt, in the Netherlands, while Ricardo Melo Gouveia and Pedro Figueiredo stayed on the road.

It was not easy for Ricardo Santos to qualify, he only managed it after a decisive birdie (one shot under par) on the last hole, the 18th, which allowed to close the aggregate of the first two days of competition with 144 strokesthe pair of roads.

All seemed lost when it did spectrum (one over par) on the 13th and 15th holes, which kept him out of the playoffs. As birdie final, ended up being 51st, enough to continue in the race on Saturday and Sunday.

Pedro Figueiredo started the day in position 145 and this Friday he managed to improve a bit – with two shots up, he finishes in 139 with a total of 152 shots (eight up).

Ricardo Melo Gouveia, who was 120 on Thursday, did worse this Friday, with seven strokes over par, and ends the tournament ranked 146, with a total of 154 strokes (10 up).

The Cromvoirt test, which runs until Sunday and counts for the modality’s DP World Tour, continues to be dominated by the Spanish Jorge Campillo, with 134 strokes, 10 under par and two less than the Italian Renato Paratore.
