The Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, condemned this Thursday the classification of the Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, as ‘persona non grata’ by Israel, considering Tel Aviv’s position “completely inappropriate” and a lack of respect for the organization it represents.
