The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, visits kyiv, his fifth since the Russian invasion. Upon arrival, Borrell stressed that support for Ukraine will continue to be a priority on the EU agenda.
At the beginning of the week, during the informal meeting of EU leaders in Budapest, Borrell had already stated that, during the visit, he intended to discuss with the Ukrainian authorities the maintenance of support for kyiv.
