The film “Kira Wal-Jin” (directed by Marwan Hamed, written by Ahmed Murad) was first ranked in Egyptian cinema earnings on Eid al-Adha. The Eid al-Adha season has seen a plethora of cinematic works as a panel of projects competing ranging from comedy, romance and history.

In that context, Kira Val-Jean grossed nearly $ 400,000, which has continued to lead in revenue since it was released in theaters on June 30th.

The film tells a series of stories about the heroes of Egypt’s resistance to the British occupation in the 1919 revolution to 1924. It features Egyptian stars Ahmed Ezz and Karim Abdel Aziz and Tunisian Hind Sabri.
