From the start knowing the indicators of the evolution of the Portuguese economy in the second quarter, few analysts pointed to a contraction. Low growth was expected, but only the NECEP – Católica-Lisbon Forecasting Lab pointed to a contraction of the chain of 0.8% in Lusa.
For the rest, the analysts contacted pointed to a growth of between 0.3% and that it could even exceed the 2.5% of the first quarter (growth compared to the fourth quarter of last year).
