According to a ruling on minimum services published on the website of the Economic and Social Council (CES) on the Internet, on October 31, with “the exception of long-distance trains, all trains will run on the urban lines of Lisbon and Porto, autonomous and interregional, between 6:00 and 7:30 a.m. and between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., in the exact terms provided before the presentation of the notice.”
During the rest of the strike period, of partial closure, the court decreed only the minimum necessary services of security, maintenance, emergency services and the like.
