Meghan Markle will join Prince Harry as he delivers his keynote address at the United Nations General Assembly next Monday in New York.
The couple will travel to the Nelson Mandela Day event from their nine-bedroom, 16-bathroom mansion in Montecito, California.
It is hoped that Prince Harry will use the public platform, as he has done in the past, to make a statement to the world about the corrupt effects of ill-gotten power, wealth and privilege.
This will be the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s first official appearance since the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee last month.
According to Breitbart News, they last attended the UN General Assembly in September 2021, but did not attend the boardroom speeches.
On this occasion, members of the royal family met with Deputy Secretary General Amina Mohammed. All three appeared at the Global Citizen Live concert in New York’s Central Park.
