In the middle of this list, you will find a miniseries. However, it is far from being any miniseries, it is a return to “The Kingdom” by Lars Von Trier, something that we thought had been left in 1997. It may be one of those rehashed things, but there can only be curiosity in returning . to Von Trier and his anti-television series at a time when more series are seen than ever. The programming of the Venice Film Festival, which ends this weekend, was also marked by some Netflix films in competition, one of which will be released in a few weeks: the notorious “Blonde”, the adaptation of Joyce’s novel Carol Oates on Marilyn Monroe
The festival was also lavished on giving space to some potential Oscar candidates. In this championship, perhaps the most mentioned was the return of Brendan Fraser in the new Darren Aronofsky film, “The Whale”. However, we will have to wait a few more months. With regard to this wait, we have compiled some of the titles that passed through Venice and that are among the most anticipated films of the near future.
