The familiar photograph of the PSD’s next leadership is beginning to clear up. Although at the moment nothing is really closed, the men and women that Luís Montenegro will promote to the leadership of the party are already beginning to have a name and a face.
Leading the betting exchange is Hugo Soareswhich should be chosen as new general secretary of the party. Montenegro’s right hand in this and previous direct elections, is the one who has been in charge of the portfolio transition process together with José Silvano, the carioca for that purpose.
