The Boston Celtics drew the Miami Heat 2–2, beating them 102–82 in the fourth game between them in the Eastern Conference Finals series.

Jason Tatum proved to be the star of the game, posting 31 points on 8 rebounds and 5 assists to make up for his modest level in Game 3 of just 10 points, while Victor Oladipo was Miami’s best in the ranks with 23 points.

Boston lost their first home game of the series, but it was redeemed in the second game.

Boston set the record in the first two quarters by going 29–11 in the first and then extending the lead to 27 points at the end of the first half.

Boston continued to widen the gap and lifted it to 32 points (69-37) early in the third quarter before Miami narrowed it to 23 points (73-50), but only briefly.

Boston managed to maintain their lead for the rest of the game, tying the series at 2-2 before moving to Florida for Game 5 on Wednesday.
