Al-Sadaqah Club – Anjar won first place in the Lebanese Championship of Styles (Taolo) in Kung Fu Wushu, which was organized by Vice President Jacques Tagliane under the patronage and in the presence of the Mayor of Hosh – Moussa Anjar, Artkis Hoshian, President of the Homenetmen Club – Anjar Khajak Herkulyan and representatives of events with a large concentration of players and the region.

The tournament was led by the President of the Lebanese Kung Fu Wushu Federation, Dr. George Nassir, and Secretary Bassam Nora, who, in turn, thanked Khushyan, members of the municipality and the President of the Friendship Club – Anjar Taglian and Heraclian for organizing and hosting the players and their families, providing all logistical capabilities at the disposal of the Federation.

The matches were conducted by the international referee and world champion master Avides Seropyan as part of the referee team: Hugo Naipalyan, Aramu Gorgodyan, Sarin Balulyan, Lin Barikyan, Lara Nador, Christopher Gemayel.

And on organizational and administrative issues: international judge Rafi Sargsyan and Corey Jean Aoun.

More than 70 players representing the following clubs took part in the competition:

Al-Sadaqa Anjar, Anthony Baabda, Aba Bourj Hammoud, “Respect” Rahba Akkar, Waco Kaslik, Homenetmen, Square Fit Baabdat and Major General Bekaa.

The first place was taken by the Al-Sadaqa club in Anjara with 160 points, the Al-Antoniya club in Baabda with 133 points, the Al-Bekaa club with 67 points, the Respect club in Akkara with 66 points and the Aba club Burj Hammoud with 63 points. points.

It is noteworthy that the coach of the Respect club Najwa Issa and the president of the club Layla Issa congratulated the club players on their excellent performance.

During the competition, Al-Aramu Gogordyan, Pedros Tosinyan and Matthews Baghamyan received certificates of the “second black belt in Duan”.

Coach and international referee Rafi Sargsyan received a fourth degree Duan certificate.

In the end, the prizes were handed out to the winners by the big attendees.
