The latest SmackDown show at dawn Beirut time today saw a lot of enthusiastic showdowns following the last SummerSlam show and a prelude to the Castle Battle show.

The show began with the undisputed world champion Roman Reigns and The Usos getting out of the car backstage and heading to the showroom. Later in the show, Reigns faced Drew McIntyre before their title shot at Clash at the Castle before Carrion Cross returned and attacked McIntyre to send a message to Reigns.

In terms of matches, Ricochet defeated Happy Corbin after Ricochet and a group of SmackDown stars made fun of Corbin as a result of his loss to Pat McAfee at SummerSlam.

The second confrontation was between Shinsuke Nakamura and Ludwig Kaiser, which ended with Nakamura winning and advancing to the Confederate Championship match with Gunther.

On the women’s side, wrestler Shayna Blazer has surpassed all of her rivals and earned the opportunity to take on wrestler Liv Morgan for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in Castle Rumble.

In other matches, the Viking Raider team defeated a team of Jim Polka and Tommy Gisbon, while star Kofi Kingston defeated Eric.
