Paris Saint-Germain announced on Thursday the departure of two Senegalese internationals, with defender Abdou Diallo on loan from Leipzig of the German Football League and Idrissa Gana Gueye on loan to Everton from England.

Leipzig, owned by the Portuguese André Silva, reported the arrival of the 26-year-old defender, who in Germany had already played for Mainz and Borussia Dortmund, on loan for a year.

In 2021/22, the defender played 16 games for the Parisians, which he reached in 2019, for 32 million euros.

Gueye arrived at PSG in the same preseason, and for a similar fee, and now returns to the club he had previously represented, Everton, where he played 108 games between 2016 and 2019, signing a contract valid for two seasons.

Last season, the defensive midfielder made 33 appearances and scored four goals, having completed a total of 111 for the French champions, who have now transferred him for an undisclosed fee to the Toffees.

There are already three departures confirmed by the French champion on the last day of the transfer window, after Kurzawa left for Fulham, led by the Portuguese Marco Silva.
