The minimum temperatures will range between 10 degrees Celsius (in Guarda, Bragança, Vila Real and Coimbra) and 18 (in Faro) and the maximum between 23 (in Porto and Viana do Castelo) and 34 (in Évora and Beja) .
The IPMA forecasts slightly cloudy or clear skies for this Friday on dry land, increased cloudiness on the Central and South coast at the end of the day, sometimes strong winds on the coastal strip and mountains.
Eleven municipalities in the districts of Santarém, Castelo Branco and Faro present maximum fire danger this Friday, according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).
In maximum danger they are the municipalities of Chamusca, Vila Nova da Barquinha, Constância, Abrantes, Tomar, Ferreira do Zêzere, Sardoal (Santarém), Vila de Rei (Castelo Branco), Loulé, São Brás de Alportel and Tavira (Faro).
The IPMA also placed several municipalities from all the districts of mainland Portugal, except Viana do Castelo, in high and very high danger.
According to the IPMA, the danger of fires will remain high in some regions of the continent at least until Tuesday.
Fire risk, determined by the IPMA, has five levels, ranging from low to high.
Peninsula and islands of Flores and Faial with very high risk of UV radiation
All the districts of mainland Portugal and the islands of Flores and Faial, in the Azores, present on Friday a very high risk of exposure to ultraviolet radiation (UV), according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).
With high levels exposure to ultraviolet radiation is the Madeira archipelago.
The islands of Terceira and São Miguel, in the Azores, have moderate risk of exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
The ultraviolet radiation scale has five levels, between extreme and low risk.
