Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz met with U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan at the White House a day after meeting with Saudi Deputy Defense Minister Prince Khaled bin Salman.
According to the “Jerusalem Post”, Gantz discussed with Sullivan the threat of the Iranian nuclear dossier and the development of the Islamic Republic here.
The meeting came less than a day after Sullivan met with Prince Khalid bin Salman, Saudi Deputy Defense Minister.
Yesterday, bin Salman also met with U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who is scheduled to meet with Gantz on Thursday.
The timing of both talks has led to speculation that Israel is engaging in next steps against Iran in the United States and Saudi Arabia.

The defense minister’s visit comes at a time when talks between the United States, Iran and Western powers about Iran’s nuclear program have come to a halt.
