The head of the committee on national security and foreign policy of the Iranian parliament, Vahid Jalalzadeh, pointed out that the West has proved that it is not looking for the truth in the Iranian nuclear dossier.

He pointed out that the Iranian parliament would demand that the government of his country implement a “strategic measure to lift the embargo” and withdraw from the attached Additional Protocol, noting that “Iran’s peaceful behavior with the International Atomic Energy Agency has produced counterproductive results, therefore Iranian parliamentarians are calling on the government to give a firm answer”. Regarding the IAEA, he stressed that “if the IAEA Board of Governors passes a resolution against Iran, we will reconsider the nuclear talks.”

It is worth noting that Iranian Atomic Energy Organization spokesman Behruz Kamalvandi said earlier today that “the latest IAEA report did not take into account Iran’s constructive relations and voluntary cooperation with it, related to providing the necessary ground for the arrival of international inspectors.” To the places mentioned in the report, which is based on unreliable and false information provided by Israel, and the agency’s reliance on unrealistic documents will lead to unfair and ill-considered assessments.”
