Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov agreed to answer the question of a Ukrainian journalist who started shouting at him from the hall after his press conference with his Turkish counterpart Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
While trying to challenge the Russian minister, the Ukrainian journalist told Lavrov, “Of course I can answer you, we are not in Ukraine, we are in the independent country of Turkey.”
The journalist continued to ask skeptically: “What has Russia stolen and is really selling besides grain?”
“You seem to be just busy stealing things from their places and selling them elsewhere, you think everyone is doing it,” Lavrov said. Is it not?
I will tell you that we are engaged in the implementation of the goals we have already announced, to liberate eastern Ukraine from the oppression of the neo-Nazi regime. This is what we do.
As for grain, we have now clarified that it is possible to freely deliver grain to its destination and that Russia is not a hindrance to it. If Mr. Zelensky is still in a position to issue any orders to allow foreign ships or even Ukrainian ships to enter the Black Sea then he will order. ”
