Douglas Kanja, acting head of the national police, questioned whether it was a cult or a number of serial killers, without ruling out the possibility that it was a case of “rogue doctors involved in criminal activities.” For all intents and purposes, he called on the public to help the police, so that justice could be done against those responsible for these “atrocious acts.”

After confessing to the various murders, Khalusha led police to his home, where they found 10 mobile phones, several computers, identity cards, women’s clothing and an axe, which was allegedly used to dismember the bodies of the 42 victims, said Mohamed Amin, head of the criminal investigation office.

There will also be a second suspect, arrested with “the mobile phone of one of the victims,” ​​Amin confirmed, according to Lusa.
