Pennsylvania Legislators Consider Women’s Sports Protection Act

Pennsylvania lawmakers are considering a bill designed to protect women’s sports from unfair competition by banning biological males disguised as women from competing with them.

Called the Women’s Sports Protection Act, the law prohibits men who identify as biological males or the opposite sex from participating in women’s sports, even though they claim it is consistent with their gender identity. The law will apply to those from primary school to university.
