The Kuwaiti National Seismological Network at the Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research said the quake shook parts of Kuwait on Saturday night.
Abdullah al-Anzi, observer of the Kuwait National Seismological Network at the Kuwait Scientific Research Institute, said the network recorded a magnitude 5 earthquake southwest of the Ahmadi region.
And it turned out that this earthquake occurred at exactly 04:28 in the morning Kuwait time and at a depth of 5 km.
The quake was felt by many citizens and residents across the country.
Public relations and media of the fire department announced that the operations unit of this organization did not record any damage due to the earthquake in Kuwait on Saturday morning.
The footage shows cracks in the walls of several apartment buildings and some goods falling off the shelves of a cooperative.
