According to the document, in the second quarter of this year there was a 6% increase in the number of mobile phone cards, compared to the same period in 2021.
In the period under review, the penetration rate was 105%, with the operator CV Móvel having 69% of the share of the total number of active SIM cards in the mobile market in Cape Verde.
