  • Putin cancels speech to ‘not answer boring questions’, says Russian analyst

It is the first time in ten years and the question remained in the air. Why doesn’t the Russian president hold the usual big end-of-year press conference? After the Kremlin announcement, explanations began to emerge.

Tatiana Stanovaya, a Russian political analyst, says that President Putin does not want to “waste” time on “little things.”

“I don’t think Putin has anything to say, especially since he has been talking a lot lately. Instead, he will have a psychological unwillingness to answer dull, rote questions.”

  • The Russian city Klintsy was bombed

The information is advanced by Reuters, which cites Russian sources. The city of Klintsy (Bryansk, in southern Russia), 45 kilometers from the border, was bombed overnight. The attack caused no casualties, according to the regional governor.

“As a result of the work of the air defense systems of the Russian Armed Forces, the missile was destroyed and some parts hit the territory of an industrial zone,” Governor Alexander Bogomaz said on Telegram.

  • Kherson under violent attack

    Good day.

It’s been 293 days since Russia invaded Ukraine. This Monday, the speech of the Ukrainian president marked the day, with Zelensky assuming that the war only ends with the death of Vladimir Putin, the Russian president.

Already on the morning of this Tuesday, the international press reported a violent attack in Kherson, the recently liberated southern city of Ukraine, and where the exodus of the population continues.

We will be here following the most important news about the war in Ukraine. Monday’s live blog can be found here.
