The Ukrainian power grid operator, Ukrenergo, reported that facilities were affected in the regions of Vinnytsia, Zaporijia, Kirovohrad, Poltava and Ivano-Frankivsk.
According to the regional governor, Maksym Kozytskyi, two energy facilities were hit in the Lviv region, in the far west of the country and far from the front lines of combat.
