The Matosinhos City Council announced on Monday three public tenders, for a total amount of more than 31 million euros, for the construction of social housing in two parishes of this municipality in the Porto district.
The announcements, published this Monday in the Diário da República (RD), refer to the developments of the Estádio do Mar and Rua Atriz Alda Rodrigues, both in Senhora da Hora, as well as the Guifões Housing Complex.
With a completion period of 14 months, the construction of the Estádio do Mar Housing Complex will involve an investment of more than 12.8 million euros.
The “design and construction” of the Guifões housing complex will cost seven million euros and the execution period is 15 months.
Finally, the Rua Atriz Alda Rodrigues housing complex has a cost of 11.3 million euros and a completion period of 14 months.
As can be read in the advertisements published in DR, Interested parties can make proposals until the 31st of this month.
