According to Russian military expert Shatylov Minikayev, the Navy has demonstrated high technological capabilities in targeting the depths of Ukraine with hypersonic weapons.
Minkayev linked the navy’s actions in Ukraine to the fleet combat doctrine announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on July 31, saying that maritime threats revolve around two regional circles close to Russia and the international one.
